Endgame: Victoria + Osvaldo??

I adore Dr. Rios Bernal, but I want an HEA (HAPPILY EVER AFTER) for Victoria and Osvaldo. Does anyone else think (are worried) that it may go another way?

reply

No. It will be nice to see Victoria Ruffo married to someone else for a change. Osvaldo and Victoria should get the happy ending they didn't get in Abrazame Muy Fuerte.

I'm worried she might end up with the doctor whom I don't care too much for. He's a nice guy but I just feel like they're trying to shove him down our throats. I've always disliked when novelas add characters late into the story and then all of a sudden they are everywhere, involved in everything and solving everyone's problems. Maybe my problem is that the actor is Cesar Evora. I'll admit he is a very talented actor and I used to like him a lot, but honestly I am burned out from seeing him and at times I choose not to see a certain novela because he is in it. I mean no disrespect to him or his fans, I just need a break from him. I loved him in El privilegio de amar, but not in this novela.

I like Dr Rios Bernal, but I also don't like his sudden, late in the game, insertion, EVERYWHERE, either. I liked his introduction and back story, but then they really did start to shove him down our throats. He should wear a cape at this point. He is Dr Superman. There isn't any medical ill that he cannot cure.

I now think they will probably pair him with Leonora-if she survives her battle with alcohol, and Guillermo.

I love Osvaldo, and believe he and Victoria are truly meant to be.

I once remember hearing that Cesar Evora was originally asked to play the husband. This would have been very interesting in view of him having been the priest in EPDA and would also have been consistent with Televisa casting practices.
