Anachronism at 49 mins into the movie (ESPN Zone)

I tried putting this in the Goofs section but IMDB wouldn't take my submission.

At 48:55 into movie, Hank Paulson is seen walking in Times Square on Sep 15, 2008 and he is turning the corner of 42nd Street and Broadway in front of a shuttered storefront for the former ESPN Zone Times Square location. But ESPN Zone Times Square didn't close operations until June 16, 2010. Back in 2008, the ESPN logo would have been clearly visible outside the storefront even in the early morning hours when Hank Paulson was walking past.

Incidentally, it was the economic crash brought about by the events in this movie that led to the closure of the ESPN Zone in Times Square.
