At the films end (in the bathroom) their faces don't reveal much, so what do you think the results are. Will Jack be a father?

I would describe their initial facial expressions as wistful, so I took that to mean no.

LOL he'd have to have the strongest sperm in the world to be a father. Don't these scriptwriters realise some people try for years to get pregnant without even using condoms!

Every time you have sex.. you'll either get pregnant or you wont. ;)

I had a good friend in high school who had an older brother. As in 18 years older. He'd explain this in a single sentence: "I was a pinhole."

The look on Iris' face was shock- almost dismay, I think. If she was dismayed, maybe Hannah was pregnant and Iris was secretly hoping she wouldn't be; or maybe she was dismayed because Hannah wasn't pregnant and Iris hoped she would be. I thought it was a brilliant ending. It could have ended up either way and we'll never know. I love it.

. . . was an absolute cop out. The sisters work it all out over a cheesy music montage and then he comes back, spills his guts, and they're all one happy family. After the subtle, engrossing beginning, this movie came to a crash at around the two thirds mark.

The ending was meant to leave us thinking after the movie was done. Clearly it succeeded

My sense was that even if the test was negative, Jack will be a future sperm donor for her child.

"Snack bar closes in five minutes"

I'm assuming she took the test because her period stopped so it is probably safe to say she did get knocked up

I hope not. Because what she did was total entrapment. Now, in the future if she wants to actually let him know and ask him to donate his sperm then it's something to consider.

I hope she wasn't pregnant.

And at once I knew I was not magnificent.

Both women entrapped him. They're lucky he didn't say "to hell with both of you".
