Seriously? Lesbian woman takes advantage of her sister's best friend when he's drunk - pokes holes in condom so she can selfishly steal his sperm? Is that not EVIL or what? Iris should NOT have forgiven her like that and Jack shouldn't have either. That was completely NOT OKAY and that is the type of thing that should have ended the sister's relationship. Just because they're family doesn't mean they can just get away with anything. Yes I believe in forgiveness but I also believe there is a point when you cut off contact with someone. The ending of this movie was horrible and leaving it open ended made it even worse.

I actually didn't think it was that bad. Its not like she had malicious intent and planned on suing the guy for child support or was trying to trap him into a relationship. If anything she probably never would have told anyone who the baby belong to.

One might argue: he could have been responsible himself and NOT relied on the female supplying the condom i.e. they are EQUALLY as responsible for contraception, even when drunk!

What are you talking about? She was the one who got him drunk and didn't mind unprotected sex. Then when he said that he wanted to use a condom, she tricked him with a perforated one that she probably had on hand for just that purpose.

Actually, both sisters were evil. Iris sent Jack to her family's house on an island with only a bicycle, under the pretext that it'd be good for him to be alone, when what she really intended was to later show up and seduce him. If she'd sent him anywhere else, he'd have had a hotel room that she'd need to be invited into.

He wanted her to come to the cabin too though. They were very good friends. She had feelings for him and he found he did for her too so I don't think that part was so bad. She told him to go by bike which was a bit rough on him but he had no other means to get there. He was glad to see her despite everything so if he had been alone there he would have been glad to see her too.

It was wrong yep but why would Iris get mad at her anyway?
she never knew she is in love with him so it shouldn't really be a problem
and he was old enuff to understand what is going on, it is not like he was the only one that is drunk as she was too
if someone should get mad it is him not Iris, what Hannah did was evil to him and not her sister as she could've never known that they love each other.

True, but people don't always act rationally when they're mad. If my sister had sex with my best friend just to get pregnant, while knowing he was my best friend regardless of whether or not I was in love with him, I would react the same way Iris did. Basically "F@ck you, what the f@ck is wrong with you?!" Because what Hannah did was pretty f@cked up. I mean, how weird can a person make things?
