How are they going to explain it to the baby when he grows up. (Spoiler)

Or they'll just live with him and hid the fact that his father is his uncle and his step mother is his aunt?

Weird as it would be, if there turns out to be a baby (not terribly likely), the main thing is they'll all love him or her a LOT, which is the most important. Kids grow up in all kinds of situations, far worse than muddled family ties. Hopefully, Hannah will find a wonderful woman to spend her life with, and that kid will be surrounded by much love, support, intelligence (of some sorts), from all his/her relatives, and will grow into a very good person. That's what I like to think.

And then tell him the truth when he's old enough to handle it.

Or not tell him. I'm sure there are millions of people who do not know their real Dad. My Mom's sister and her husband lived next to us for about 8 years. I have a brother who is clearly not from my father. He looks exactly like my cousins.
This happens way more than people know or want to know.

Keeping secrets from your kids might be common, but that doesn't make it OK. If you love them, then they deserve the truth. If you tell them as soon as they ask, then they'll never have a problem with it. The kids are always OK with their situation when they're parents love them and are fully honest with them. It's always the adults who are not OK, and they use the children as excuses for keeping their secrets.

They will tell him or her the truth.
