I assume Arnold is calling Olivia Williams out as a drinker (you enjoy your cups?) and that her skin is a giveaway.

How so? Or does he say "cuts"? Does that mean coke? Either way, so what?

How is her skin a giveaway? The bags under her eyes aren't so bad you'd say "alcoholic"...

I took it to mean drugs or drink. Too much of either will take its toll on the health of your skin. She did seem to have red eyes as well. Who knows.
