I was wondering if that was a reference to the DT's but I don't think it was clear she showed any signs of that. She did seem like a tweaker though.

I don't know about the delirium, but it was clear she had major substance abuse issues, which the film doesn't really address. IRL, I couldn't see someone like her remaining in a special ops team, when she clearly may not be that dependable.🐭
