SPOILERS - unfair scene with Julia Roberts

I thought it was "unfair" to show Julia Roberts shooting Marzin in the trunk of the car (boot in UK, lol). We are used to "false video clips" in "Perry Mason", but elsewhere you tend to believe what you see to be true.

I thought this was a bit unfair to the viewing audience. Other thoughts??
