Did Tessa and Ryan hook up?

At the end of season 2, when Tessa had run away from home and was living in her high school bathroom, Ryan went to see her and they started making out on the floor. Does this mean they hooked up? Or it was just a make up session on the floor?

Wow, this was posted almost a year ago. Well, in case you never got your answer.

It was my impression, based on the voice over, that they indeed had sex or "hooked up". It was fairly obvious to me at the time, but I only watched it the one time.
