Creature at the end

The Creature at the end reminded me of the Maulotaur from Hexen: Beyond Heretic game.

It totally looks like him!! Except perhaps with tentacles? I couldn't tell.

Looks like a Reptillian. Allegedly they are making a sequel about it.
