Is it me or does there seem to be tension

Between Sharon and Aisha? I've watched off and on for several months and I pick up tension with those 2.

You're not alone. Sharon is so quick to shut Aisha down and make faces when she's speaking. I don't know why she behaves like that since Aisha is always nice and respectful to her.

And kisses "Mrs. O's" butt like they all do.  She's not rude to Aisha all the time, but when she is, it's certainly noticeable. Aisha's better than me though. I'd have told Sharon off ages ago.

Sharon was rude to Holly and Leah. She's now rude to Aisha. She's just an unprofessional, hateful person.

I read how she didn't along well with Holly and Leah. I know she and Sarah are close (plus the show was Sarah's concept), and she wouldn't think to be rude to Julie as she's married to the boss. And she's probably afraid Sheryl would clapback at her. So poor Aisha gets the brunt of it. Sad. Nice to know I wasn't the only one who picked up on this.

I don't think any of the women are "close" to Sharon, but they let her get away with murder because she must have something on Les and Julie. You should read Leah's book. She doesn't tell all the dirty details, but just enough to show who's really running things behind the scenes.

You're very welcome! I think you'll like it. Opened my eyes to a lot of the deceitful things that cult she was brought up in has been and still is doing.

I stopped watching after Leah was fired. I watched for her. Made me not like sharon anymore. And julie, well... made me disappointed in sarah.

Leah said that although Sara's an EP in name it's obvious she's not running things and chose not to "make waves" when it came to Sharon.

But she's probably the most unpredictable and interesting person on the show. And the only person on the show able to command enough interest to host her own show. Like her or hate her, everyone wants to hear what she has to say. It's no coincidence that she's the one sitting at the center of the table.

Who is "everyone"? I'm sure Sharon has fans but most of the people I've come across can't stand her and not in a "love to hate" way. She's an awful host and a shameless bully.

I agree. I think she's annoying.

On another note, on today's show they had their make-up free episode and Sharon looked awful. She looks so much better with make-up on. I couldn't believe how old she looks without it.
