The slutty girls breasts are supposedly exposed twice in the film and both are close ups of the breasts only and look like clumsy inserts from another girl. Most oddly framed and presented. Am I wrong as you don't see her face and breasts in the same shot.

Obviously yes. And here's the message that sends. The movie is so desperate that it NEEDS female nudity even if it's a pair of disembodied breasts YET it is so cheap they can't get any of the actual actresses to undress. But, hey, the audience is too stupid to realize that.
And here's the message the actress sends. She's obviously really hot, but she'll take a role as a "slutty girl" that requires nudity even though she's not prepared to do what is required. Even worse she may have taken the role and balked at the nude scene. Is that an actress anyone wants to hire again even for a role that DOESN'T require nudity? And if the scene was edited better and genuinely fooled the audience? Well, everyone would just think the actress did nudity in a cheap horror film just like they would if she had done it herself.
It isn't the interest of ANYONE to put scenes like this in a movie.
even if she used a stunt double the scene was hot. I liked her slutty kind of wild character. it was especially weird when she is discovered hiding in a locker and thinks kissing one of the bad guys will save her
