Not sure....

I look up the filming locations for this movie. I saw that it took place in Texas. But towards the beginning of the film you see all the main characters in the car driving and you can clearly see the stratosphere in Las Vegas. I rewound it and played it again, rewound it and played it again, but it IS the stratosphere! Is there a building somewhere in Texas that looks like this? I'm just wondering because it is kind of bothering me.
