...when she was face to face with the guy from Office Space (still no red stapler I see or maybe it exists in alternate universe?):

WHERE DO THE FILMS COME FROM AND HOW DO THEY GET HERE?

I know he said he asks the questions but that one would've been burning a hole in my mental pocket.

Also, what was Juliana shot with a sleep gun? If she was wounded how'd she pull off the Rambo escape from the car's trunk?

I'm assuming they were tranquilizers that she woke up from and she injured herself during the escape - not before it.

 I knew I recognized him from somewhere.. Probably because this show never likes answering questions, they like to keep people guessing. There are certain things that have to remain mysterious for this two reality concept to work.
