Without giving it away, whT happened to Frank? I thought it was obvious until I watched the behind the scenes episode 19 where the person says that we don't know what happened to him.

Well it's pretty clear what the writers want us to believe with that scene. But after watching the final episode of season 2 I don't believe we've seen that last of Frank if their is a season 3.
