I've come into this near the beginning of the second part and I'm baffled by the settings? I thought I remembered that it took place in England (Nottingham, about 4 miles from where I am!) but the scenes with the railway train seem to be set in America????
And the daylight is wrong, the vegetation is wrong and the domestic architecture are all foreign looking, and as for the countryside that is supposedly Nottinghamshire!!!
...it's too distracting, when they go to the trouble of giving the actors something approximating to correct accents why do they film it in somewhere that looks more like a Hollywood backlot, but which, according to the locations, is actually South Africa???
The choice of south africa is extremely bizarre and spoils the production. I can't imagine why they went there.
