Why wasn't Young Frankenstein mentioned?

I can understand that he/they wanted to focus on 'Abbot And Costello meets...', since that is indeed funny and scary, but I feel that Brook's comment on the horror genre (both 'Young F' and 'Dracula, alive and kicking', or whatever that tripe was called) should at least been given a nod, if not only to emphasise how the horror genre is deconstructed in post-modernism.
