Fixing Pete? This movie is what needs fixing, and a lot of it. Bland, boring and silly, with music playing throughout the movie. What is with that? The main characters are talking and music plays all the time, reminding me of the old movies of the 30's and 40's and is very annoying.
I wholeheartedly agree with you and have mentioned the same thing about other Hallmark movies. Now that you're aware of it, you'll notice it in others and it will drive you crazy, as it does me. I have no idea why Hallmark feels the need to do this, but I wish they would read these boards and listen to the viewers. Regarding the movie, it was pretty darn bad. I love how the minute the guy got the makeover, his entire personality changed. On top of that, he became a ridiculously sappy and corny man who spat out more platitudes than, well, a Hallmark card.
