Any news on the DVD release for 'Broadway's Finest'?

I watched the trailers for this movie, and it looks very funny, with a talented cast and brilliant script. I wonder why it's not being released on DVD yet? Has anyone here seen it in theaters? I really hope it comes out soon; it looks like a good one!
