Just finished watching series 3. Will their be a series 4?

Well since "In the beginning" ending permits both allegoric and literal interpretations anyone can believe what he wants to believe, after all.
So Season 4 is theoretically possible but, imo, not needed because a continuation – any continuation – would even ruin the awesomeness of the finale. Besides any Cesare’s adventures in the New World would be totaly fiction, that goes without saying :)

Spinoff with Lucrezia, Giulia and Pope Julius, maybe?
