Cattleman's Grill in Collbran, Colorado

According to Google maps, this place featured in the movie (where Rosie's mom worked I think) is now out of business just three years after the movie was made. Can anyone confirm this?

And how could she only get $120 every two weeks for her paycheck? I know waiters get very little wages like a couple bucks an hour where I live. And the employer might with-hold some or all of that for taxes and social security. But waiter get at least 3-4 times that in tips at least. Nobody could survive alone on $60 a week. And unless she was working part-time she must have taken home more. That was confusing or not well explained.
