sharePlease watch Heathers, Pump up the Volume, Untamed Heart, True Romance, Broken Arrow, Very Bad Things, He was a Quiet Man, Dolan's Cadillac, and Jimmy Hollywood. If you cannot witness his abilities as a leading man and supporting player then you are blind.
shareYou've got to be joking. Christian Slater cannot act in the most conventional sense that most ordinary people understand acting to be. His entire career is based on a half-decent Jack Nicholson impression that he does in place of *actual* acting. I can't believe I actually have to explain this to someone who is familiar with his back catalogue and also seems to have ears and eyes.
shareSlater is the man and needs as amazing movies and roles as he is doing on stage recently. Besides "He Was a Quiet Man" and "Dolan's Cadillac", he tends to be the only great thing in many of his last films like "Freaky Deaky" and "Rites of Passage" (he gives a tour de force, but the rest of the movie and acting is *beep*
"Adderall Diaries" is based off a great book, and with talent like Franco and Harris, he doesn't have to carry the film all by himself
He's in Freaky deaky? I keep meaning to watch that, it's one of my favourite Elmore Leonard novels.
