Charlize Theron is a lot prettier than Kristen Stewart, at least to me. So perhaps having Theron play a villain that is suppose to be uglier was bad casting?

Before she could react further, the mirror also told her Snow White's emergence was the reason her powers (Queen Ravenna's) were fading -- and that if she held Snow White's heart in her hand, she would gain immortality without having to consume youth to maintain it. So it was more than jealousy, Snow White's death (her heart) was the Queen's ticket to spending all eternity with her youthful beauty intact.
Personally I believe Charlize Theron and Kristen Stewart are both stunningly beautiful women.
