This thing started out pretty good, but then it went down hill fast.
To even watch this thing one must suspend all belief.
For example, and this doesn't give anything away, but at one point while fleeing from armed villains and hiding in the woods, the teen daughter tells her father she needs to leave for some privacy to take care of something - TO SHAVE HER FEET/LEGS!!
This is the kind of writing that is in this junk.
That scene was a little funny. I mean, come on, the world is ending, but she's got to keep her legs clean shaven in case she meets a hot guy who DOESN'T want to blow her head off!

This really was a poor film. I like low budget, and love end of the world films, but there's no excuse for the character actions and dialogue in this movie. I can excuse that it's predictable, but it's so boring and slow. There are countless minutes of people just spinning in circles in the woods.
I'm also no film maker, but even I was annoyed by how close up all the framing was. As it's shot in the forest, there are constant opportunity for great establishing shots, and we got.... the same guy and with bad music...
OH. THE MUSIC. Okay, I'm no film maker, but I am a musician, and I was openly laughing at the score in this movie. It was just...
Yeah. Sorry, film makers, but this was pretty much top to bottom bad.
I'm so glad you mentioned the music! Omg it was so bad I got completely distracted by it. And since the movie was so boring anyway it REALLY stood out. Just awful.
