THE life lesson learned from this show

No matter what circumstance might befall me in life, it's such a comfort to know that I can slap a veil on it to "jack it up" and things will be all better. Uncertainty vanishes. Doubts erase. Anger flees. Tension diminishes. All hail the magical veil!

Why don't the consultants just start with the veil then any dress will be miraculously wonderful in the glowing light of the veil's glorious splendor? Wouldn't that save a lot of time for everyone and enable them to get rid of the dresses that have become a little long in the tooth on the racks?

LOL

The veil is simply magical! The show was cancelled last year. I wonder why. The show was fun to watch, but the brides who couldn't make up their minds were annoying. LOL

Actually I emailed Bridals by Lori and Kleinfeld's, and both of them answered me that new episodes ARE being filmed and will air this winter.

That's great news! I'm happy to read that! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ‘

And, if I spend thousands on a wedding dress, I might end up on TLC! Hopefully, the brides get some compensation toward their dress/wedding.

The thing about wedding dresses is that they are in all the wedding pictures, which last forever. And I have a friend who gave her wedding dress to her daughter, who used it to make her daughter's First Communion dress. Part of it went into a slip to wear with the dress, which was embroidered with the mother's name and wedding date and the daughter's name and First Communion date. As she has three more granddaughters, I assume it will be passed on. I think this is a sweet, lovely idea.
