Question about the scene in the WC

Hi, folks, I just saw this little gem. There is however a scene I'm not sure I understood.
When Dennis meets the first Thai girl, he goes to the WC and does something in front of the wall. The girl comes in and asks him why he is hiding. The girl comes closer and sees what Dennis is doing. He says please don't. She's surprised and gives him a paper towel and says, now it's clean. Does that mean that Dennis came in his pants while she was talking to him? Did he get so excited, or what does it mean?

I think he was just pissing and she cleaned the last drops with the paper towel. The please don't was referred to please don't look at his penis.

Hi trixie, I just rewatched the scene to check for you. You can hear that he is taking a piss, and she then wipes him with the paper towel. I think the reason he says "please don't" is because he is very insecure and sexually awkward, and the reason she wipes him is a gimmick to turn a trick.
