Can someone tell me about what this would be rated?

Honestly? I'd say PG-13. And a very tame one at that. It's been a little while since I've seen it. But there is no violence and no nudity/sex. A whore tries to have sex with Dennis but nothing happens, because he changes his mind. And to my knowledge there isn't much language. It's just a nice little gem of a love story.

IMO this can be watched by the entire family and the kids will most likely fall asleep wathcing it. This is a lovestory, with no nudity, only subtle sexual enuendos (or how it's spelled), no violence, and no foul language at all!

Certainly not PG-13 .... what an idiot. This is extremely adult situations, including prostitution, at least R ... or whatever R is nowadays.
