A Sequel to the movie Dennis - 2007? It has the same story with the same character names with Dennis and the Mother.

Has anyone seen it? Any good?

I just read the description of Dennis, and I gather that this is a remake by the same director. An expanded remake, since Dennis was an 18-minute short, probably a student movie.
