Do you think this would have made money with one or two known actors?

Do you think this would have made more money with one or two known actors?, not necesarely big stars, but at least familiar faces for the audience.

I think it's a decent movie, not great, but watchable. I gave it a 6.

David Koechner is a familiar face.

Yeah. He may not be a big NAME, but when you see him, you're almost certain to think "Hey, it's that guys that's in a bunch of other stuff!"

I think it would've made more with some bigger names or even some horror movie stars included, but I doubt they had the budget. But it think the main thing is they didn't market it well and probably should've released it in the summer.

I don't think so. "Cooties" had Elijah Wood and Rainn Wilson, but this didn't help the movie to score at the box office.

This is a Zombie/Horror/comedy. It was never going to make it big at the box office. Add to that it is a parody film. These kinds of films aren't made to be big box office hits, they become cult films and, in time, classics. They make their money off of rentals (the ancestor of streaming) and DVD/Blue-ray sales. Not to mention possible sequels.

No. It would need a total rewrite of the script. There's just too many things in the movie that don't make any sense. Like the opening scene where a janitor somehow has access to some kind of top secret zombie experiment.
