Is this a real documentary or is it a movie that supposed to be like a documentary but really has a plot involved?

It's a real documentary with real interviews of the son involved in the original Amityville Horror and his first-hand accounts of what happened.

Nons have ISSUES - the WM3 are INNOCENT.

It's a real documentary of real life person that appeared in a book and movie that pretended to be a true story, but was more than likely complete fiction. Take all the accounts with a grain of salt.
