Christopher Lutz disagrees with Daniel Lutz's Version.

After listening to Christopher Lutz's radio interview I'm more likely to believe Christopher than Daniel. Christopher blew Webber's testimony out of the water. Christopher did state one thing that supported Daniel's account.
George Lutz called a demon into the household and was involved in the occult. The same demon followed the Lutz family, according to Christopher.

Christopher also confirmed something that I suspected. Some degree of paranormal activity did occur in the house. His recent interview is on

I only read the description of the interview but it definitely cleared up some things for me personally. I agree 100% that I believe Christopher over Daniel. Chris seems much more level headed and his account is way more accurate and reasonable then his brother. Thanks for sharing!

I just read the description, too, but I don't see that much contradiction. Daniel claims to have experienced more and worse of the same type of thing Christopher accepts.

To play the Devil's advocate, maybe he was more perceptive or has a better memory. Whether any of it was caused by the DeFeo murders is probably a matter of opinion until the investigation and validation of occult phenomena becomes infinitely more advanced.

This is often seen in siblings who go through traumatic evens. Why? I'll never understand.

I grew up in a very abusivie home. Of course so did my siblings. But oddly enough my sister believes our childhood was wonderful and normal. I've mentioned the abuse a few times and she acts like I'm out of my mind. I'm nothing but a liar. I even why physical scarring on me and inside that prove such abuse. She still denies it.

From my time in support groups this is common. Kids block out scary and traumatic events. It is how they survived. It is a built in thing. How else can a little kid who is beaten and burned before school expected to get up and go to school? In order to survivor it is pushed aside and the pain is also ignored.

I believe something horrible happened in that home. I do believe demons were involved too. Some how all three kids made it through and at some extent they continued on with their life. Even while their parents were called liers. They kept living.

My heart aches for all of them.

I agree with you, Amy. I've seen the same thing with my own siblings. Our childhood memories are so different over certain things too. We grew up in a haunted home and it was common to see and hear things. I hated staying home alone and often refused to do it but sometimes it couldn't be helped. One time while home alone I heard scratching sounds going up and down the kitchen wall. I went in there and saw them with my own eyes. My big sister came home and I was in tears. I was screaming and she just couldn't understand me. I pulled her into the kitchen and showed her the scratches. She got scared thinking she'd get blamed for it even though it was way up high near the edge of the ceiling. None of us could reach it. While standing there we heard growling from behind the wall & banging. Then the stuff from the pop corn ceiling started falling down on us like snow. We got scared and ran outside. We came in after a bit since it was cold and raining. I took a Polaroid picture of it and my sister told me to tell our parents it was always there. She didn't want to tell them a ghost did it. I wanted to tell them because they heard our claims of ghosts often. My mom saw and heard things too, my dad never did. But, I agreed to the lie. If our parents noticed the scratches we'd lie. They noticed and they didn't believe our lie. We both go in trouble.

Years later I found the Polaroid picture and text a copy of it to my sister. I asked her if she remembered how scared we were and the lie we made up. She didn't remember any of it. I asked her if she remembered any of the scary things that happened such as toys being lined up in the middle of the floor, knocking on walls, blankets being snatched off us while sleeping and so on. She didn't. She said I had seen too many scary movies! I contacted my brother and he said of course he remembered. How could he forget?

I don't know why this happens but it does. After my talk with my sister I called my best friend because I was so upset and she said the same thing has happened in her family too.

My goodness that’s awful. I can relate to what Amy said too as my own childhood was also abusive and yet my sister also refuses to admit it or remember it. It’s amazing how that happens. She saw me getting beaten too! She was right there. I don’t get it
