Thats what i thought. But i also think that the boyfriend punching Anna had an effect too, it pissed her off at any rate, but yes, i mostly think it was the music. She would have heard it in her non coma and known that they were messing with her corpse child, i don't know about you but i get really mad when people beat on my corpses.
