It is really hard to see the title, even freeze-framed.

But, I think it is Malalarean. I am sure about the "Malala" part, but the "rean" isn't clear enough. I think it is a made-up title.

As for being released, remember the opening scene of the movie, she appears to have drowned and the moth (her soul) leaves her mouth.

A french novel called Malataverne. The book indeed exists. It's about 3 teenagers going into an old woman's house to steal her money.
