I was curious if the vampires in this have souls. I don't remember any mention if it in the show or movie, but my memory's in the dump these days.

Well in one story they face a vampire ghost, so it seems they do have souls.

It appears a priori that human beings have souls; that is, a phenomenological experience. Whether that soul is immortal or not is up for debate.

Benny's grandmother states that the reason vampires don't have reflections is because the curse masks their souls, so yes, they do have one. Also, don't forget that the box that Jesse was sealed in contained the souls of all his followers.
