The low rating of this movie only confirms to me that there is a nefarious plot on IMDB, lead probably by the CIA or the NSA, to kill in the womb all possible interest or curiosity about any movie confronting the US military supremacists, or the right wing agenda.
It is the ONLY explanation.

Well the producers of Kill the Messenger said they received push-back on their film from certain US Govt agencies
They can certainly keep a movie from being seen by a wide audience by killing the marketing of they deem that it portrays them in a bad light or has a message that doesn't fit their agenda
