Which blu-ray is the directors cut ?

I recently bought the barebones blu-ray from troma and have come to realize that it's not the directors cut. Which version is?

German version.

Are you sure? The German running time (according to Amazon DE) is 97 mins, and my USA 4 disc set says 99 mins. I'd love to have whichever is the directors cut, but why would the run time be shorter?
