So we're supposed to believe this character wouldn't just have an abortion? Remedial.

That annoyed me too. I wish they hadn't just ignored the issue. Sure, there are plenty of people (myself included) who would never consider an abortion, but Kim seemed like someone who would at least think about it pretty seriously.

She clearly loved her baby. I don't think she would have had an abortion.

Just because she loved her baby doesn't mean she wouldn't have considered an abortion. Her personality and character traits point directly to the type that would have an abortion in the situation.
