Just watched the movie and I can't stand the two main leads. They are so unlikeable especially Deena ; what she did at the group date belittling her friend. Terrible. And what Kim did to her baby just so she could have a night out.
Why would they make a movie where the two leads are so unlikeable? You are really never rooting for either one of them.
I know right? Both of them were so self-centered and lacked any kind of redeeming qualities besides their looks.I also thought the males were equally unlikeable in their own ways. One was a one-dimensional perv, the other a conniving jerk posing as a single man just so he could get laid, and then has the nerve to act so high and mighty about Kim's lie. They actually kind of deserved each other.

Deena was the worst. Kim was seflish and it was made clear what she did wrong. Deena kept getting put on a higher and higher pedestal when she seems like a complete snake of a person. Why did they have to make the feminist such a giant jerk and the moral compass?
shareNot every lead character has to be likeable in the tradition sense. And she belittled her friend because that's how they roll with one another, the guy was meant to be a one night stand so who cares.
