WOW! I Love This Film So Much! :)

At first, I thought it was an interesting, fun and entertaining film. But those last 25 minutes or so, the story began a steep ascent. It took my breath away. The humanity, the love, the confusion, the failure, the effort, the anger, the enlightened. 😁

I haven't loved a film this much in a very long time.

Technically, it hit every beat. Great dialogue, effective pacing, stellar acting, inspired casting, and a visual feast of locations. And, thank you, thank you for not making the actors compete with the music, to be heard. Truly artistic and creative ears whipped up that magic. May you be recognized as leaders.😁

I'm definitely buying this one!

~~~~ SCANDAL - "Thinking is for losers!" Best satire ever televised.
It was a pleasent surprise, indeed. Hard to say it adds anything to the genre but it's a well-made film with lots funny moments. I remember how much I disliked "After the Sunset" but here Brosnan and Hayek got a much better script and they make a charming on-screen couple together. I've enjoyed the chemistry between them.
I just saw this and i loved it as well.
I love Pierce and i often prefer to see him in action movies since i think he feels a little out of place in Rom Coms but he was great in this one and had wonderful chemistry with Salma the 6% on rotten Tomatoes is so un deserved.
Did you see Pierce Brosnon and Julianne Moore in the Rom/Com, "Laws of Attraction"? Here's the trailer:
I laughed from beginning to end. Their comedic chemistry deserves to be seen in other films.
I don't follow Rotten Tomatoes, although I've heard of it, I'm unfamiliar with their rating system. Being used to the 10 pt. rating system here, I thought maybe the 6 in 6%, meant, "I'd throw 6 out of 10 tomatoes at this film.," and that it would mean the more tomatoes thrown, the worse it was. LOL, so right - percent - that means 6 out of 100. And, that's bad.
Well, then, glad I don't pay attention to them. They have no taste. LOL LOL (Please don't be one of their reviewers. That would be awkward. LOL)
~~~ "Thinking" involves a lot more work than simply "having a thought"! ~~~

This was panned on Rotten Tomatoes so I was expecting the worst.
But instead I found the story touching and I especially connected with Pierce Brosnan character.
The ending had some unusual moments in a story like this.

7/10

BB ;-)

it is just in my opinion - imo - 🌈
