The Prayer Chain- a Christian's way to gossip

I found that so annoying. I also found it annoying that people on the prayer chain felt it was okay to call Hannah's dad to say where she was. She should be fired. And it was late at night, why should daddyo be allowed to demand being let into some stranger's hotel room? And why should the cops be called? God, I wasted so much time on this zero movie.

But getting back to this so-called prayer chain. I grew up in the Bible Belt and we had the prayer chain too. It was all "Liam? It's Carrie. Did you hear that Martha's daughter is hooked on drugs and is getting an abortion?? We must pray for her. Oh and also Alfred's son who got that poor girl pregnant!" I mean, what a joke. Gossip at its finest wrapped up in a christian blanket.

I think the cops were called because he violated his parole by being there.

But yeah, the hotel manager shouldn't have opened the door for him at all. If they had a real reason to be concerned the thing to do should have been to call the cops and have them check it out.
