Well, it seems that Beyond Skyline is the first movie which is using audio technology from X-Spatial 4D Psychoacoustics for its post audio production. So the promotional video from the company is using the clip from the movie.

I'm intrigued. There's The Raid/Independence Day/Predator kind of vibe. That crashing spaceship is pretty spectacular for a small budget movie. I wonder if this story ties directly into the first film and continues Jarrod's revolt against the alien invaders. Since so few moviegoers know of the first film, they should recap it in the first few minutes of this sequel/side story. There were many great visual effects heavy scenes from the first film that can be salvaged to set thing up with the new main characters.
