Why doesn't Ebert use his voice?

I thought there was a computer program that was able to duplicate Roger Ebert's voice. If the computer program works, why doesn't Ebert use it when he does his review segments on the show instead of having Bill Kurtis and Rick Kogan doing the voiceovers?

I've heard Roger's computer voice and it doesn't really sound like him..yet. However, I've read it's a work in progress so maybe it'll sound more like him in the future and thus, they may end up using it on the show.

I've been wondering that too. Maybe it isn't finished yet? But I like Bill Curtis (correct spelling) doing the voice. The other guy I don't like.

It seems as if they're sticking more with Kurtis now. I haven't heard Kogan on the show in some time now. Bill Kurtis is the reporter. I think maybe you're thinking of little person actor Billy Curtis.

For some reason I remember his name being spelled with a C. Maybe I'm wrong. And what's with the stupid cartoon catchphrase anyway, which I do know about!!!

I'm weird that way! Besides, what working person HASN'T felt like they're working for 10¢ an hour?
