Once this show ends...
...Dunham's pretty much finished too, right?
She's hardly gonna get cast in movies or sitcoms or... anything; unless she writes it.
Her follow up show to Girls, Camping, seems to have been critical slammed and disliked by the audience. I wouldn't write her off yet, she can turn it around with a film written and directed by her or turn in another TV show. I agree she won't be lead in anyones films or be a big star unless it's written by her, to be fair only Allison Williams has gone on to any success from the 4 actresses of the show. Let's be honest, it helps she's the hottest one and starred in one of the most critical acclaimed and successful horrors in recent years in Get Out.
I'm not a Dunham fan but I wouldn't write her off yet. But I wouldn't be shocked if Girls is the only thing she's remembered for.
