On the The Hollywood Reporter roundtable, Lena talks about how she overheard some cast member saying he hated working on a set with a woman in charge and made a offensive remark over Lena's eating... Do we know this was? It's obviously a guest actor, but who... Anyone know?

Could be, much like Lena's "rapist", someone who it turns out only exists in her mind.

Of course it is. Lena is a proven liar. She's simply trying to cover up the fact that she's a pig, here.

I heard it was Chris Abbott who plays Charlie. It would make sense why his character was suddenly cut. The actor has said he quit due to creative differences.
