HELP-Why is it Called "Last Days Here?"

Can someone please explain why it is called "Last Days Here?"- He was still here and alive at the end.

Like for example "Last Days" - with Cobain- was named appropriately.

I don't get it- anyone care to enlighten me? Thanks...

Pretty sure it's named after their song of the same title.
