And I don't mean that in a good way either. This movie is terrible from beginning to end. The acting is absolutely appalling and the effects are closer to SYFY channel affects then even a real "B" movie. And Neil Leiper is so terrible to the point of not even funny, it's just embarrassing. Everyone involved in this film should find another job at like say a grocery store as a bagger. And I usually like these type of films but I can't get back the time I spent watching this one. never again.
Good question! The answer is simple. I watch a lot of movies. All types of movies, good and bad. I never turn them off because if I did then I wouldn't know what I am talking about when I say I either like a film or dislike a film. You can't say a movie sucks or is good if you have never seen it or turned it off 20 minutes in. And I love talking about movies. As to why I "wasted" my time on this forum, also easy. These forums were made for people, the world over, to express their opinions on movies. Not for people to only give their positive opinion. So I did so. As to you and attempting to troll someone's opinion on a film, why did you do that?
Nice answer, just one more question "All I can say is WOW" would normally suggest that the OP has enjoyed somthing, now in your case it's the total opposite ! What would be your reason for such a misleading title to your thread ?
Well technically it can both ways but I see how you mean though. Sorry for the diversionary tactic but I am a very sarcastic person. Either way you look at it I really did hate this movie. Did you actually like it? And why?
Yes I like it, I found it to be a very funny black comedy. The effects are great and have won prizes at awards, the actors are on top form as you may know if you have seen them in any of the TV parts they appear in on British TV and after watching it four times I have found new lines/actions that are really funny that I had missed before. One last point the cinematography is brilliant it really captures the area it was filmed in.
Although there are a few (quite a few) homages to American films the humour is very very British. If you don't get British humour you probably won't get Inbred. It was made entirely for fans of teh genre and as such a lot of it is tongue in cheek. I thin parts of it are hilarious and the rest of it is very good - my opinion, do with that what you will.
blah, i didn't like it either the ending was indeed a big surprise your comments here were really good, indeed if you have never seen something you didn't like how can you know what you like and why... i get that people would love it bc some of them die very funny and others die in very disturbing disgusting ways brrrrr it made me a little sick yak greetings from belgium
what i really do like is the: they came in peace and left in pieces
It was a big fat turd of a film. It had a couple of funny moments but, other than that, it was pretty dire. The acting was OK, I just didn't like the route the film took. On the plus side, I did fall in love with Tim!
Everybody is entitled to their opinion but I can't help wondering just what exactly you expected from this film? The acting is fine, it's supposed to be an entertaining black comedy - not a shakespearian thriller. The effects are exactly what you should expect - over the top, a bit sickening and blood drenched. I don't know what 'B-movies' you have seen but this is nothing like the ones I've seen, especially as there hasn't been a true B-movie for about 50 years. As for the people finding other jobs, well not only is that an arrogant and offensive remark to anybody who works in a grocery store but I'm guessing you are from the US and don't know that a good number of the actors in this film have been on UK television for many years, sometimes in leading roles. They have probably all made enough from their acting careers to buy and sell everything you own several times over. As I said - an opinion is one thing but needless character assassination and baseless patronisation is something totally different.
