Differences between the R rated and Uncut versions?

For anyone that's seen both, what are the differences? Are they very noticable?

I didn't know there was an unrated version until I saw a death scene montage video on YouTube recently. Then I went back to the video store where I rented it from and sure enough it was the rated version. In the past decade indie horror films seem to get away with a little more in terms of sex, violence, and overall obscenity (Frankensteins Army, Stitches to name a few) but the only differences are some of the gore scenes are cut but only slightly. The rape scene is gone. The intro scene where the couple is murdered, the woman's death is shortened to simply having her foot cut off. The scene where the horse stomps the guys face is shown for a split second. The only other difference I can remember is the "body explosion" scene where the boy is force fed manure. The swelling belly and the eyes flying out of his head part has been cut. (The silliest, "fakest" scene in the movie) Instead you see him just begin to expand then it cuts to the audience getting splattered. That's about it, both versions are pretty decent.
