Isn't it illegal to pimp strippers into prostitution?

I know the part about Rose quitting her job at the strip club was part of her reason for doing the deal with David, and it was also funny how the strip club owner did this to compete with an Apple store of all things, not to mention Boner Garage's enthusiasm for the whole thing. But what I was wondering was this: Isn't it illegal to pimp strippers to have sex with customers? If anything, the guy isn't running a strip club anymore but rather a prostitution ring.

All I need is one mic...

There was a lot of illegal activity going on in this movie.

And just like weed, prostitution between consenting adults should be legal. Nobody was forcing anybody into it (Rose/Sarah quit with no problem and Kymberly/Boner Garage was into it) so what's the big problem?
