Sequel

After watching this, I think this film deserves a sequel.

I totally agree

reply

Sort of surprised it hasn't happened yet.

reply

Like 'Horrible Bosses', I think it's better off being a solo movie. Stretching the original idea pushes plausibility.

reply

The initial idea wasn't all that plausible anyway...at least the way they did it. I wouldn't be against a sequel though...it is a comedy.

reply

Sequel has been in development for almost 2 years.

If a sequel came out with the same cast I would pay $10 to go see it at the theater.

There are some interesting angles. Pot became legal in Colorado after the movie was made, so Brad Gerdlinger could have done some wrangling to get sprung from prison where he starts a legal pot mega-business and involves David and the "Millers" in another crazy chase through places in the world where pot is still not legal.

We could finally meet Casey's parents.

And of course when the witness protection is over there's the retribution from the Mexicans that could happen.

Dear Warden. You were right. Salvation lies within.
