Hoji Fortuna as Cesar: Year's Best Villain?

I thought he was fantastic. Hats off to Fortuna and the director for creating this unique character.

He was interesting, calm but merciless, that's a plus in most of the villains. But, I don't think he was the best villain of the year.

I agree I though he was pretty good. The way he shot and killed the priest in the church showed how morally bankrupt and vile he was.

The priest was a crook though as most of them are in one way or another.

Agreed. Cesar was one menacing dude. I can't believe Riva was so cavalier about crossing him.

Riva was crazy. Cesar didn't care about anyone. I like how after he got shot he gets up and is like, "We have to be MORE ruthless." LOL
